Brief Description: The Kosmos 3-in-1 is a unique 73.3 km race, taking place in Lake Umuzi in Secunda. The 73.3 km are broken down into 3 races as follows.

  • 42.2km – starting at 6 am, then runners line up again for the 21.1km starting at 13H00 and line up again at 17H00 for a 10km race

Shelela Tours has again put together a runner’s friendly package to make it easier for runner to concentrate on their running while we take care of the rest.

  • Transport from Race venue to hotel and back in-between races

Additions

  • Our travelers will be transported back to the hotel, so that they can shower and change in-between the races.

All about the Kosmos 3-in-1 Marathon.

Kaapsehoop is a small town situated about 40km outside Nelspruit, this old mining town is famous for its wild horses that roam freely and is slowly gaining popularity for its “Easy” downhill marathon. Many runners are targeting this marathon for better Comrades Marathon seeding others are using it as a test for their readiness for Marathons.

At Shelela Tours we do not believe that there is no such a thing as an “easy” Marathon, 42.2 km of running can never be easy, but there are some marathons that give you a much better chance for a good time than others. Kaapsehoop marathon is definitely such a Marathon and we have put together an exciting all-inclusive package to take the burden of planning off your shoulders.
